Kickstarter Update #3: New incentives to be EVIL!

We’re now offering bold new incentives as well as adjustments to previous incentives to give everyone even more great things for being kick-ass supporters and making sure it’s worth every dollar you donate!

For everyone who has pledged $30 or higher, you’ll not only receive exactly what you have pledged for but YOU will be made into a super villain in the Vitruvian Underground universe. Ramon and I will use your likeness in the development of a new super-villain in this comic series and we’ll send you an original pencil drawing of the character we create based on you. And from all pledges from 30-500 you get this option! But wait, if you REALLY want to be the center of attention among all the bad guys in this universe and you want to be a MAJOR super villain, with big starring roles in the next issue’s back-up story and beyond, causing trouble for the super-hero Bola, then the newly adjusted $200 and $500 incentives are for you.

For $200 - YOU will have a major starring role as a Silver Age Bola super villain character in an upcoming back-up story. Back-up stories are eight pages long so you can be a major character for up to 8 story pages! Not only that, but there will be a mock-up comic cover that has the super-villain character based on you facing off against the Bola, which you will receive a full color print of as well as the penciled and inked original art! You’ll also get a fully penciled and inked character piece of art of your character, there’s the possibility of your character returning in future issues, you’ll receive a copy of the first issue, your name will be printed in the acknowledgments section of this issue, and you’ll receive an exclusive Vitruvian Underground Membership Card with your face drawn on it by either Craig or Ramon!

For $500 - The motherload - you get it all! And we’ll be forever indebted to you: YOU will have a major starring role as a Silver Age Bola super villain character in an upcoming back-up story. Back-up stories are eight pages long so you can be a major character for up to 8 story pages! Not only that, but there will be a mock-up comic cover that has the super-villain character based on you facing off against the Bola, which you will receive a full color print of as well as the penciled and inked original art! You’ll also get a fully penciled and inked piece of art of your character, there’s the possibility of your character returning in future issues, you’ll receive high-quality prints of all 5 Vitruvian Underground members as well as a group-shot, a t-shirt featuring the team, a penciled and inked 11x17 pin-up of any 2 characters of your choice (comic book, movie, video game, etc) by both Craig and Ramon, a copy of the first issue, your name will be printed in the acknowledgments section of this issue, and you’ll receive an exclusive Vitruvian Underground Membership Card with your face drawn on it by either Craig or Ramon!

Awesome incentives!  Here’s your chance to be all patron of the arts-y!

Hey everyone,

Ramon and I are extremely grateful to those who’ve pledged their money in support of this project and have promoted it through all sorts of social media outlets. You’re all the best kind of people in our book and we want to give you the best quality products we can. In our incentives list we have all kinds of things we’re offering: original art, t-shirts, prints, membership cards, that one CD player that went instantly, as well as an opportunity to be a villain for one of the heroes of the book as you can read more about in the first update we posted.

We got to work on new material for the various prints we’re offering and we’re very happy to show them off for the first time ever. Here are three of them so far, penciled and inked by me and colored by Ramon.

When you pledge at the 20 dollar level, you can pick whichever character you want a print of (that pledge includes other things as well - copy of the book, membership card with your face drawn on it by Ramon or I). The prints are also included with various other offerings in some of the higher level pledges, so be sure to give those a look too!

Thanks again everyone for all your support! We’ll update a few more times this week to show the remaining prints, the t-shirt design, and the membership cards! And be sure to spread the word!
